Professional Learning Model
Professional Learning is central to the culture of improvement, innovation and excellence in Rocky View Schools (RVS). The jurisdiction believes that all members of RVS have a critical role and responsibility in the determination of both individual and collective growth. The RVS Professional Learning Model is the foundation of learning as it involves a strong commitment to learning in a multi-faceted Universal Learning Environment (ULE) that is engaging, enriching and empowering. As a 21st Century Learning Organization, it is critical to build capacity through a systemic and generative framework, and establish core standards to guide our critical work in teaching and learning.
